Key Responsibilities:

• Extract and analyze data using audit software and prepare audit documentation.
• Collect and organize data from enterprise resource planning (ERP) and manufacturing systems to support audit activities.
• Learn and apply internal audit methodologies, procedures, and control requirements.
• Perform basic audit tests on general ledger transactions, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Assist in auditing financial accounts and transactions related to cash, accounts payable, prepaid expenses, and inventory, while supporting reviews of other business functions as needed.
• Conduct basic tests to assess compliance with financial reporting requirements, internal controls, and company policies under supervision.
• Participate in physical inventory counts, fixed asset verification, and walkthroughs of operational processes.
• Prepare and maintain accurate audit documentation, working papers, and test results in line with internal standards.
• Collaborate with team members and the direct supervisor to ensure thorough audit coverage.
• Help identify discrepancies and unusual variations, and prepare draft audit findings and recommendations for review by the direct supervisor and audit manager.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Auditing.
• 2 years of relevant experience
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and auditing standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and develop professionally.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare the sales daily report (call cycle) and discuss it with the Sales manager
• Visit on daily basis actual and potential customers to establish needs and requirements based on sales set targets
• Prepare Purchase Order based on customer requirements and forward sample to Customer Service for order processing
• Submit the artwork and design based on customer request
• Negotiate and finalize the price with the customer after getting the area sales manager approval
• Follow-up on collection with customers then report to Sales Manager and accountant
• Coordinate with the Sales Manager and Accounting Department to set credit limit profile for new and existing customers
• Conduct market survey based on assigned territories to look for new leads and increase company portfolio
• Provide technical support to customers when needed in order to solve product performance issues
• Resolve customer complaints due to quality issues or wrong delivery commitment

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under pressure
