Job Responsibilities & Tasks (duties include but are not limited to):

Update the Corrugator Process Training Material & Methods periodically

Assess the skills of new hires to decide on the appropriate training level to be provided

Provide workers with the needed training in Corrugator Process to improve and update their skills, knowledge, and performance

Conduct tests to assess what was learned, communicate results to BU management, and prepare certificates

Perform continuous research on corrugator to stay updated on the latest technologies
-
Generate monthly performance report for all production lines, benchmark with the standard, and propose action plan for improvement

Support and participate in the implementation of Operations Excellence programs (such as 5S, WCOM…)

Conduct periodical Equipment Condition audit on Corrugator, report findings, suggest corrective action plan, and follow-up on implementation

Provide support during machine installation/upgrade, facilitate communication between management and service provider, acquire knowledge and transfer it to concerned staff
Job Requirements:

TS, LT, and/or BS (Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical) is required

Good analytical, leadership, and presentation skills
-
Willing to travel for short or long days
-
1 to 2 years of experience in production

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
