    Job Responsibilities:

    • Supervise the 5S application in the plant by performing daily tours and giving guidance to increase productivity and efficiency of the machines
    • Instruct employees on 5S system by giving training sessions and following up on its application
    • Manage the team by monitoring the daily flow of work and distribute the manpower to ensure a safe and clean workspace
    • Attend management system meetings, convey message to concerned people, and ensure tasks are completed as requested to preserve the annual certification renewals
    • Update all SOP (Standard Operation procedures) and management system document related to plant
    • Carry out analysis report (Like SMED (single minute exchange of dies), fish bones…) to pinpoint the root causes of stoppages and help production to increase plant OEE (Operation Equipment Efficiency).
    • Coordinate with the IT department to monitor all plant hardware, ensuring machines are well-maintained and ready to meet production demands
    • Collect and coordinate fault reports while overseeing maintenance activities to ensure optimal machine performance and reliability

     

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
    • 1 to 3 years of experience in manufacturing
    • Strong analytical and teamwork skills
    • Ability to work under pressure

    Requirements

    Job Responsibilities & Tasks (duties include but are not limited to):

    • Update the Corrugator Process Training Material & Methods periodically
    • Assess the skills of new hires to decide on the appropriate training level to be provided 
    • Provide workers with the needed training in Corrugator Process to improve and update their skills, knowledge, and performance
    • Conduct tests to assess what was learned, communicate results to BU management, and prepare certificates
    • Perform continuous research on corrugator to stay updated on the latest technologies
    • Generate monthly performance report for all production lines, benchmark with the standard, and propose action plan for improvement
    • Support and participate in the implementation of Operations Excellence programs (such as 5S, WCOM…)
    • Conduct periodical Equipment Condition audit on Corrugator, report findings, suggest corrective action plan, and follow-up on implementation
    • Provide support during machine installation/upgrade, facilitate communication between management and service provider, acquire knowledge and transfer it to concerned staff

     

    Job Requirements:

    • TS, LT, and/or BS (Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical) is required
    • Good analytical, leadership, and presentation skills
    • Willing to travel for short or long days
    • 1 to 2 years of experience in production
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
